All of our flywheels are balanced to each spec.

Incorporates our special design which enhances the airflow for improved clutch cooling. Flywheels provide significantly improved engine response, acceleration & a higher degree of safety than the heavy stock flywheel. This is a modular kit which means that the clutch cover, clutch disc, & flywheel are assembled as one piece. The flywheel is significantly lighter than an oem modular flywheel.

Disc & flywheel are a pre-assembled piece that mounts onto a "flex-plate". The flex-plate is mounted where on most cars the flywheel is (to the crank & teeth on the outer edge for the starter motor).

PRC clutch pressure plates feature a single-diaphragm design with an increase in clamping force. They maximize clutch life & reduce deflection.

All diaphragms endure a four-stage, heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. All castings are CNC-machined for great consistency & precision, allowing the driver to have the best performance on & off the track. With our unique modifications, we designed thicker drive straps & rivets to strengthen the pressure plate & prevent breakage. Every single unit is dynamically computer balanced for smooth operation at high RPM. A load test for every pressure plate is performed on a special test machine for quality assurance.

Proper release travel, clamp load, pedal effort & working range are analyzed using unique testing equipment & advanced softwares. Our 6-Button sprung racing disc provides a lighter & quicker shifting for all stock-high power car applications. We use components that are manufactured in the USA to ensure reliability & outstanding performance. Unlike the competition, we do not import any parts from overseas. Sprung retainer assembly boasts six hardened steel springs & six severe duty retainer rivets, ensuring power & reliability. The sprung design reduces driveline shock & spline wear due to torsional dampeners.

It has a quiet operation by reducing torsional vibrations. Our wrap-around spring windows provide support & reduce stress concentrations, which are frequent causes of failure. This disc gives you the best race feel engagement & an extended life with the premium ceramic material we use from MIBA. This will allow much more aggressive driving & gear changes.

When pairing any button style disc with our high clamp pressure plates or other brand pressure plates, it allows an increase in stock torque up to 80%. Carefully broached to ensure exact fitment - PRC provides the thickest retainer stampings for a boost in strength & reliability - Top grade rivets are used to securely fasten the components together - Spring retainers feature wrap-around spring windows that protect any springs from popping out.
