The Lumberjack SWL350 wood lathe is a versatile high-quality starter lathe and can be mounted simply to a workbench due to its separated guide frame perfect for anyone with limited space. The quiet 350 Watt motor and durable 4-fold adjustable v-belt drive allow an optimal adjustment of the lathing speed to the work piece material. The face driver and the tailstock with parallel running spindle tip take long work pieces up to 1000mm safely, and plane work pieces with a diameter up to 350 mm can be mounted safely on the delivered face plates.

A safety switch in a v-belt housing, which interrupts the power supply when opening the cover flip, provides safe operation. Complete with everything required to get started including Faceplate, Tailstock centre, Tool rest and 3 Carving chisels.

Heavy duty 1/2HP induction motor - Gives smooth, reliable performance. Ideal for both spindle and faceplate turning. Twin bed bars - For added stability. Drive centre and live tailstock centre supplied. Common spindle thread - 3/4 inch x 16 TPI. This machine is ideal for the hobbyist and for those just starting serious woodturning.
