Injection DPC Damp Proofing Cream Kits Ultracure

  

Effective for at least 20 years, this BBA approved damp proofing cream is highly effective in controlling rising damp. Ultracure can be used in all types of masonry to form an injection DPC without the use of high pressure equipment. The cream is delivered by hand pressure from a simple applicator gun, into a series of holes drilled into the mortar course. From here it migrates rapidly into the masonry pores where the injection cream reverts to a liquid phase and polysiloxanes are formed in situ. During the curing period a low molecular-weight silane vapour is also produced giving excellent migration through the wall.

Curing of the DPC starts immediately with the final cure taking 2-6 weeks depending on wall thickness. Extensive field experience with this technology demonstrates that Ultracure will perform as well as any conventional liquid injection system against rising damp. 1 Litre Cartridges of Ultracure (Select Quantity). 1 x 12mm x 210mm SDS drill bit.

Optional Plastic DPC Plugs Also Available. Typical coverage rate is 1L of Ultracure per 10 linear metres of wall (assuming a typical 115mm brick wall). Store in cool, frost-free conditions (temporary exposure to slight frost in transit should not affect usage and stability). After installation, holes in the mortar course can be filled with Colour Matched Plastic Plugs.
