4 Easy To Use Steps. EpoCast is a two-part epoxy system. Weight the exact ratio of resin and hardener and pour them into mixing container-fluid. Mix the products for at least 3 minutes.

Remember that, once you put the resin and hardener together, they will begin to cure. Before you pour epoxy, make sure the surface is clean. Pour the ready mixture over your work.

Please, allow cure time before attempting to do any work on the resin. The optimal conditions for storing and mixing resin is 20°C - (not lower than 15°C) and the relative humidity of 65%. Different conditions may lead to turbidity, quartering or stickiness.

It might result in lower decorative qualities of the coating. We recommend small scale testing to ensure compatibility before using a full scale.
