This kit allows for 1 of the longest edges of the roof being gutter drip (allows the water to flow off the roof into gutter or onto the floor) and the 3 remaining sides of kerb upstand trim. Sheet of 1.14mm or 1.52mm Flexi Proof EPDM rubber roofing membrane (as per the kit size). Enough Water Based Deck Adhesive to adhere the membrane to the roof deck.

Enough contact adhesive to adhere to the outer edge perimeter (100mm). Kerb Trim for the 3 sides. Gutter Trim for 1 long edge. 4 External Corners, Joiners & Fixings. PLEASE NOTE: The Membrane size will be the same as the kit size. Therefore your roof size will need to be smaller to allow for edge overhang. 4.5m x 7.6m roof kit will fit a roof that is no larger than 4.3m x 7.3m.
