Nema 23 type Stepper motors which are capable of min. Stepper drivers which matches your stepper motor needs. Interface board to connect your stepper drivers and your pc.

Power supply capable to feed the drivers. A pc and a suitable software which fits your needs.

Some 2"x2" tubings 2 pics of tubing 25cm lon ger than. 3pics of tubing 25 cm longer than your workpiece width. Rack and pinion 2 for y-axis. If you deside to build with timing belt you will need belt and puleys. Some time, cutting and wiring works. You can use module-1 rack and 12 to 18 tooth pinion.
