If you've ever owned timber decking, you'll know it doesn't maintain its appearance without regular. While it may look attractive when first installed, exposure to the elements quickly takes its toll. Fades, cracks, warps, or develops algae. To keep it looking its best, it often requires a routine of cleaning, sanding, staining, and sealing - sometimes every year. For many homeowners, this ongoing maintenance becomes both.

And easy to postpone, which can leave the decking looking tired and neglected. Second-generation composite decking offers a far more.

Designed with a durable outer layer, it resists staining, fading, and moisture absorption, meaning it won't splinter or warp like traditional wood. Rather than needing intensive upkeep, it typically only requires an occasional clean with our decking cleaner to maintain its appearance. There's no need for sanding, staining, or sealing, making it a. That retains its finish over time.

Co-extrusion is the manufacturing process that sets our boards apart. Unlike cheaper composite boards where colour and protection are applied as a surface coating, co-extrusion wraps a. Around the entire core of the board during manufacturing.

This means the protective layer can't peel, flake, or scratch away - it's. The result is a product that. Heavy foot traffic, UV exposure, moisture, and temperature extremes far better than first-generation alternatives. Used in the most prestigious projects worldwide - and it's standard across our entire range. Built with Sustainability in Mind.

Composite decking is, at its core, a recycled product. Our boards are manufactured using a blend of. Plastic - materials that would otherwise go to landfill. By choosing composite over timber, you're not only getting a longer-lasting product, but also making a more. There are no chemical preservatives, no annual staining, and no pressure treatment required. Over the lifetime of a composite deck, the environmental footprint is significantly lower than that of repeatedly replacing and treating a timber equivalent. Prone to rot & mould. What's included in the kit? Our composite decking boards are engineered to deliver exceptional longevity and durability, significantly outperforming traditional timber alternatives. Manufactured from a carefully balanced blend of FSC® certified wood flour and recycled plastic, they combine the natural appeal of timber with the enhanced performance of modern materials-giving your outdoor space the best of both worlds while supporting a more sustainable approach to landscaping. Unlike many standard options on the market, our boards are second-generation. This means that during the manufacturing process, the solid inner core is fully encapsulated within a protective outer layer, creating a board that is highly resistant to the effects of weathering.

This advanced construction helps protect against moisture, UV exposure, and temperature fluctuations, preventing common issues such as warping, rotting, and splintering. As a result, the boards require very little upkeep to maintain their appearance, making them an ideal low-maintenance solution.

With no need for regular sanding, sealing, or staining, they also prove to be far more cost-effective over time than traditional timber decking. Designed with both practicality and ease of use in mind, our composite boards are straightforward to install, making them suitable for both professional landscapers and DIY projects. Featuring a hollow profile, the boards are lighter and easier to handle during installation, without compromising on strength or structural integrity. Their consistent shape and engineered composition ensure a reliable fit, helping to streamline the installation process while delivering a clean and uniform finish. A realistic woodgrain texture provides the timeless look of natural timber, while dual-colour boards offer added versatility - allowing you to choose between two complementary finishes within a single product.

This unique feature gives you greater flexibility in achieving either a traditional or contemporary aesthetic, all while benefiting from a durable, long-lasting decking solution. Combine the traditional with the contemporary, and reap the benefits. Fascia Boards & L-Corner Trims Enough For Three Sides Of The Deck.

Produced using the same processes as our decking boards, our fascia boards and L-corner trims posses the same anti-deterioration properties. Use fascia boards to complete your project, by neatly covering the vertical face of your deck. Fascia boards hide the substructure of raised decks, in a tidy fashion.

Lighter and cheaper than full boards, these are recommended for places where the decking appearance is required, but the structural properties aren't. Our fascias are the same profile as our decking boards, but less than half the thickness - for an easier and cheaper installation. Our aptly named L-Corner Trims are just as tough as our decking. Used mostly to cover the visible edges of your deck's perimeter, trims like this can be the highlight when a strong, contrasting colour scheme is utilised. These trims possess many applications - staircases, doorways, walls, and any other areas where a cross section would benefit from a smooth, complete finish.

Due to their protruding profile, L-Corners offer both aesthetic and practical advantages. Trims subtly complement the deck, providing depth, and assistance with grip around your perimeter. They are also easily fixed, requiring only adhesive on the underside, before being secured to the edge. Our Fascia Boards and L-Corner Trims are available in 4-metre lengths, in the same colours as our decking. Joists & 18-28mm Adjustable Pedestals.

A house is only as good as its foundation. The same applies to decking - all great decks begin with a strong subframe.

Substituting timber joists for composite can extend the life of your deck by years - timber is prone to mould, insects and rot, unlike its composite counterpart. The difference is most impressive on ground-level/damp deck installations. Use them in conjunction with our pedestals, for an optimal substructure. Support pedestals are a cheap and effective way to both level and lift a deck, especially on uneven services.

Our pedestals are easy to adjust - simply unscrew the centrepiece to the desired height. Affordable, strong and great for unseen, long-term benefits. These can contribute to effective airflow and reduce moisture build-up. There are many unseen benefits to using pedestals, such as creating a discreet space to conceal lighting cables and drainage, and easier access for future maintenance. The result is an affordable, smarter and neater finish - for a deck that looks just as good underneath as it does on top. Our Starter Clips and T-Clips are the glue that holds the deck together. Both are designed to be hidden once installed, our clips ensure your deck is as strong as it looks. Our Starter Clips are used to fix the first decking board edge into position, and when accessible the opposite edge on the final decking board.

Our T-Clips are used to hold adjoining board edges down. Designed to match the side profile of our decking boards, in a matt black finish, our T Clips are hidden from view once the deck is installed - giving a clean, modern look to the finished decking surface, free from distraction.
