Rest assured, all our items are insured as they make their way to you, so if anything unexpected does happen and your windows arrive broken, we will endeavour to get a replacement order sent out to you as soon as possible.

We must be notified of any damaged goods as soon as reasonably possible. Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the courier, however, we will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. All goods will be delivered within 30 days.
