Fully adjustable rack- adjust width, rack height & spotter height. 13 rack levels 7 spotter levels 10 width settings (all at 5cm intervals). Multiple bench positions - 6 backrest angles & 4 seat angles - flat, decline & incline positions. Suitable for use with both standard and Olympic sized bars. Powder coated steel in a black & orange design.

Bench has a built in handle & castors for easy movement. Extra thick comfortable black padded cushions. Easy to assemble - UK Mirafit instruction manual included.
