Jeep XJ Cherokee Louvered Aluminum Hood Bolt-On Cooling Panels Kit by RodLouvers For Cherokee Comanche. Our most popular design for the XJ Jeep Cherokee, a pair of Quad row Bolt-on Louvered panels Specifically designed for the XJ Jeep series. 72, 4 wide louvers provide 66 + sq inches of heat exhaust, the most cooling per hood area!
These really let your radiator and fans do their jobs! These Aluminum louvered panels have radius corners and mounting holes.
They are made on a high tonnage press brake for much crisper stronger forms and larger deeper openings to really get that hot air out of your engine compartment (see photo). These are designed to be bolted on (with included Stainless Steel hardware) with the holes already punched. They are made from 16 Ga 3003 aluminum. The 72 louvers are 4 1/32 wide and 3/8 tall to get the most hot air out of that engine compartment. Each panel is 20" wide and 16" long.
Mounting hardware provided is 3/4" long 1/4"-20 Stainless Steel Button Head Machine bolts with self locking nuts (you don't have to mess around with lock washers) We also include the 5/32 hex wrench! On Vintage Old School American made equipment!

These are awesome and dramatically reduce engine bay temps. In turn tranny also ran cooler. They look awesome and install was easy.To top it off all hardware was included for a clean solid install.
