It is designed to be installed one rise down from upper floor level this stair kit takes up the minimum of space and with it's ready to varnish or paint finish it will blend into it's new surroundings instantly. Straight flight stair kit (12 treads). Steps housed into the strings. Supplied with a Handrail for a safe and comfortable climb. Suits any floor to floor height up to 2980mm - subject to fitting and installation. Fixed stair at 63° climb. Saves on valuable room space compared to the Madrid Stair Kit. Stair Width (Inc Handrail) - 572mm. Tread Dimensions - Thickness: 27mm Depth: 142mm Width: 491mm. String Dimensions - Thickness: 27mm Depth: 142mm Length: 3330mm. Comes with fully illustrated assembly instructions.

B - If your floor to floor height is lower than 2980mm then it will be required that you cut down the Arundel Stair kit to suit your height dimension on site. Gives an insight into the amount of floor space (Going) that the Arundel Stair will take up dependant on the floor to floor height. For example if your floor height is 2550mm then the Arundel Stair needs to be altered to 11 Risers. The Going for 11 Risers is 1235mm indicated at the bottom of the chart.
