The Dalton 10 room Georgian House Including Basement KIT. The basement is part of the building opens as one. Also available without the basement see our other houses.

3 rooms in basement, 2 rooms on the ground floor. 2 rooms on the first floor and 3 rooms in the attic. (also Available in Victorian Design, last two photos show you the design). Central stair treads with hallway, 10 rooms. Dormer windows in attic roof panel, Hinged fronts and Roof.

Ready made Wooden front door. Room sizes 14" (350mm) wide x 15" (380mm) deep x 83/4 (220mm) high. Hallway 6" wide x 15"deep. Attic rooms 14" (350mm) wide x 15" (380mm) deep 9" (225mm) wide x 15" (380mm) deep. Internal walls come with pre-cut holes for standard internal doors.

Plus P+P (post coded needed). This is a solid house 9mm thick board easy to put together. Overall Size 920mm high (37") high x 900mm (36") wide x 530mm (21) deep.

Opens up as one item. All our houses are made from 9mm MDF (external and internal walls) 6mm backs.
